Where do I find a transcript?
Teams: open the meeting in your calendar or chat, go to Recap, then Transcript, and download it as .docx or .vtt. Transcription has to have been switched on during the meeting.
Zoom: with cloud recording and audio transcript turned on, the transcript is a .vtt file under Recordings in the Zoom web portal.
Anything else: paste text with each line starting with the speaker’s name and a colon, like Dana: what she said.
